Robin offers a unique, multi-week online program that helps clients identify areas in their lives in need of change, and places a central focus on mind-body wellness as part of that clarifying process.

Robin invites clients to take agency over their future as they embrace new challenges, undertake authentic self-discovery and feel more relaxed and energized during the process.

√ EMPOWER Mine for the Gold! – What are my unique “superpowers”? Where have I already had successes?  Coming from a place of power, positivity and confidence, clients are challenged to mine for their unique accomplishments, strengths and abilities that have already made them successful.

√ SMART Goals & Strategies – How can I start to make change/tackle new challenges? And, how do I get there? With coaching guidance, the client charts their own course towards positive change, aligned with their core values. The process evaluates whether each client is truly ready for change, and strategizes how to overcome any potential roadblocks.

√ ENERGIZE with Self-Care/Mind-Body Practices – How can I deepen my focus, my drive & strengthen resilience as I make life changes? Change can be stressful, exhausting and overwhelming. Change requires sustained energy and clarity of mind. Starting from Day 1, Robin teaches the “why” of self-care practices and also the “how to”.

Achievable self-care practices might include: Therapeutic breath work, posture adjustment, Qigong movements, stretching, gratitude practice, improved sleep hygiene, positive visualizations, positive affirmations, hydration, meditation, walking in nature, better nutrition, limiting screen time, reining in over-scheduling, relaxation and more.
